I have the right to decline your commission wether if it's too complex or if it's something I'm too uncomfortable drawing.
I have the right to use your commission for a portfolio or a commission sample.
Reposting and distributing is allowed as long as I'm credited properly.
Editing, tracing, copying or claiming the art as your own is not allowed wether it's the commissioner or outsiders.
The use of my art for AI/NFT/ML or any related fields is prohibited.
AI-generated references are prohibited. I will let you know if it's AI ands you are free to send me a non AI reference after.
PAYMENT
I accept PayPal only in USD
Prices depend on how complex the character design is.
Payments must be upfront otherwise I won't start with your commission.
You are free to cancel a commission if I haven't started yet with full refund
Cancelling a commission after I've sent you the sketch will only get a 50% refund.
No refunds on finished commission.
TIME
Time frame depends on each commission, maximum deliveries no more than 6 months.
Please do not rush me to finish.
Fail to reach the deadline will give option refund fully.
If your commission needs to be done on a certain day, please make sure there's plenty of time until the day and we can discuss it.

Payments must be upfront otherwise I won't start with your commission. At least 50% down payment is required before work begins.
You are free to cancel a commission only if you haven't paid.

TIME
Since I've just started college, it will take 6 months maximum to finish so please be patient and don't rush me! Although, it might take less if I have plenty of free time.

REVISIONS
A total of 5 free revisions are allowed before additional fee. Please be clear in what you want to avoid additional fees.
No changes after a part has been fully rendered.
USAGE RIGHTS & DISTRIBUTION
I retain all copyright over my work, I am allowed to display it on my social media or include in my portfolio.
For Commercial Usage rights, the artwork may be used in any monetized instances, including physical merchandise.
Please include proper credits anywhere in your social profile.
Re-selling my work without my permission is strictly prohibited.
